10. Use of WhatsApp Official API & RCS
Mirawali Mobiles uses WhatsApp Official Business API and RCS strictly in compliance with Meta and telecom operator policies. Messages are sent only to users who have explicitly opted in.
Users can opt out anytime by replying “STOP” or contacting us directly.
11. Message Delivery & Compliance Policy
Message delivery is subject to platform availability, network conditions, and regulatory guidelines. Mirawali Mobiles does not guarantee message delivery at all times.
All communications comply with TRAI, Meta, and RCS policies regarding consent, content, and frequency.
12. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, branding, logos, and materials belong exclusively to Mirawali Mobiles. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
13. Confidentiality

14. Disclaimer of Warranties
